Privacy Notice

Stratumus is a product of Ethoic Inc., a Tennessee corporation (“Ethoic,” “we”). This notice covers stratumus.com and the Stratumus early-access list. The Stratumus app will have its own privacy policy before it launches.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we keep:

• your email address
• the date and time you signed up
• which page you signed up from
• your approximate country, which our hosting provider works out from your connection. We don’t store your IP address.

This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your email to tell you when Stratumus is ready and to send occasional updates about Stratumus and Ethoic. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the early-access list.
• When someone signs up, we get an internal notification through our team chat tool.

These providers process data only to run these services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@ethoic.com.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date above. If we plan to use your email in a new way, we’ll ask first.
